Robocuts’ cutting department is second to none. We rely on robotic cutting machines, automated tension-free spreaders and air flotation tables. The department is complimented by fusing machines that can block and roll fuse goods up to 60 inches in width.

Our competitive advantage stems from the use of automated cutting equipment that will eliminate your firm’s cutting quality concerns. This is accomplished by cutting patterns within a strict 1 millimeter tolerance. The vacuum cutting bed firmly holds up to three inches of compressed fabric in place, thus preventing movement during cutting. This allows us to cut a wide range of materials from cottons and velvets to Lycra and Kevlar.

All this at a fraction of the time it would take through conventional manual cutting, allowing for rapid turnaround. Having Canada’s largest cutting room gives us a superior capacity advantage. We have the ability to handle any order, any season.
